Coolbrook is looking for a Senior Cement Expert.

As Coolbrook’s Senior Expert you will have a unique possibility to design industrial processes that can drastically reduce C02 emissions and make global impact. You will have the opportunity to build a growth company and utilise completely new technology.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• • Lead integration of RDH into the cement manufacturing process as well as into other similar high temperature processes
  • Contribute to development of new RDH applications for replacing fossil fuels and reducing CO2 emissions in the manufacturing process
  • Manage / participate in customer studies and projects for utilization and implementation of Coolbrook RDH technology in the process heating
  • Liaise with and support RDH equipment development team in cement -related applications
  • Push boundaries and find innovative process heating solutions
  • Co-operate with external stakeholders in co-development projects
  • Support sales and convince customers of RDH technology and its benefits against competing technologies
  • Create intellectual property for protecting Coolbrook technology

Essential

• • At least Master’s degree in relevant technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering), PhD considered an asset
  • Fluent spoken and written business English and Finnish
  • Experience in international expert organizations (5+ years) in relevant field
  • Holistic knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing technologies and experience from cement plant operations
  • Experience on technology development and implementation
  • Understanding of production economics and economic drivers for green technologies
  • Experience in IP creation and patent portfolios
  • Willingness to travel
