Coolbrook appoints Nigel Pearce as Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain

Coolbrook, a transformational technology and engineering company, has today announced the appointment of Nigel Pearce to the position of Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

Pearce previously worked at Rolls-Royce where he held a number of positions in his 33-year career at the company, most recently Head of Manufacturing Engineering, and he joins Coolbrook with extensive knowledge and experience in the development of gas turbine technology.

At Coolbrook, Pearce will lead the company’s manufacturing team, overseeing the planning, coordination, and performance of its processes. He will also be responsible for developing new and existing relationships with suppliers and optimising the procurement of materials and technology needed for Coolbrook to meet its production timeline.

As an engineer who joined Rolls-Royce at the start of his career, Pearce will be an inspirational figure for his team and the wider company. He is renowned for his global leadership roles in manufacturing process development, digital manufacturing, and series production. Pearce has set up new world-class factories and seen multiple products through their entire lifecycle, from ramp up and readiness to manufacture and retirement.
